For example, in order for your cells to be healthy, there are four contributing factors you can control:
- Cell Food - In order for the cell to operate, it needs nutrients. You are, quite literally, what you eat: Your cellular food.
- Cell Environment - Your cells are surrounded by fluid (called interstitial fluid). Since most of it is composed of water, it is safe to say that the quality of the water you take in is critical to your cell environment. Drink your hot water as the last drink at night and the first one in the morning. Your cell environment will improve greatly.
- Cell Communication - Your cells communicate and act in unison partly as a result of transmission between them and the brain. When transmission isn't clear then the cells do not function properly. There are ways you could enhance and train your cellular communication.
- Cell Exercise - No, the cells don't have muscles! However, muscles are made up of cells. Did you know that many forms of exercise can actually improve the flow of interstitial fluid in between the cells? This creates better circulation, which affects everything else in the healthy cell concept. Walking, stretching, running, biking, etc all will make you accomplish these benefits.
