Avocados are also known for a wide variety of benefits. They contain healthy monounsaturated fats. Oleic acid, a compound in avocados’ healthy monounsaturated fats may signal your body to actually silence hunger. Eat about a quarter or a half of an avocado a day, and you will see improvement. Plus, avocados contain both fiber and protein, which make them a healthy, power packed snack.
