Certain skin types are more vulnerable to the sun, and over time, radiation damage really adds up. Sunlight damages the cell layers that generate the connective tissue that gives your skin strength and elasticity. However, you can prevent further damage and even reverse some existing damage by using sunscreen religiously.
Wear sunscreen 24 hours a day, 7 days a weak, always. Apply a product with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15, and give it about 30 minutes to start working before you go outdoors.
