Refusal of Service
Nat-Ur-Treasures will ONLY be able to service clients that are FREE from any infection or any transmittable illnesses including colds and flu.
We also have the right to refuse services to those with inflamed or broken (open cuts or sores) skin.

- Cold, influenza or other respiratory illness accompanied by a fever.
- Streptococcal pharyngitis (“Strep throat”)
- Purulent conjunctivitis (“pink eye”)
- Pertussis (“whooping cough”)
- Varicella
- Mumps
- Tuberculosis
- Impetigo (bacterial skin infection)
- Pediculosis (head lice)
- Scabies (“crabs”)

Returns and Refunds
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services.
Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received cannot be refunded
2. Refunds will only be considered when presented within 7 days of purchase.
3. Products can only be refunded if unused and in original packaging.
4. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
5. No refunds are given for gift card orders.
6. Gift card orders are not exchangeable.

Scheduling and Cancellations
Call 562-280-4440 or email us at info@nat-ur-treasures.com to schedule an appointment. When you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. For all multiple packages, we ask you to make a 50% deposit.
Deposits are forfeited when you do not show up. You must notify us at least one week in advance for any package cancellation.
